What do I do in case I receive a defective / damaged item from Orbymart?
If an item ordered by you on Orbymart is delivered to you in a damaged / defective condition, Please click here to email us for a replacement. We will have the defective / damaged item picked up from you at our cost. Post that we will ship out the replacement item to you.

How can I return a product ordered from Orbymart?
To provide you a worry free shopping experience on Orbymart, we offer you a No Questions Asked Return Policy. Within 7 days of receiving your shipment, you may return any unopened item in its original packaging, for a refund (excluding shipping costs).
Incase of Mobiles, Home and Kitchen appliances, Consumer Durables and Electronics items & Gold Coins, the No Questions Asked Return Policy will not be applicable. Incase of any kind of malfunctioning or defect, the item will need to be taken to the nearest service station authorised by the manufacturer.In case of jewellery shipped within India, the No Questions Asked return policy is valid upto 7 days from the date of delivery. Due to Import and Export regulations and restrictions, we are unable to extend our Returns Policy for any items sourced from outside India.
When you return your product, just indicate the reason for your return in a short note (if you feel like it!), put the item and the note with the order number into a secure package, affix our address note (our returns address is given below) and send it through a reliable courier or mail it to us. We will refund to you the entire cost of the returned item, less shipping costs. Please note that we will provide a refund facility only for products bought from our store.
Within what time period do I have to return the product?
You need to return any product bought from our store within a period of seven days from the receipt of the shipment. However, for jewellery shipped within India, the maximum return period allowed is 30 days from the date of delivery to you. In case of groceries, you can even return any items back to the delivery person when he is delivering your grocery order to you.
How and when will I get my refund?
Upon receipt of your package with the item in it, we will initiate the refund process. The refund will be made to the same payment option(s) originally used to pay for the order. Please note that in case you have used Orbymart Reward Points / Orbymart Gift Certificate / Pre-paid account, we can only refund your account against these specific options and we will not be able to return the same as a cheque.
