- Original Tags should not be removed. Kindly do not stick label or write directly on the packaging. Damaging / Tearing the packaging or returning Clothing and Accessories in other than the Original Packaging provided may result to the return being null & void.
- If an unstitched article was bought, it should not be stitched.
- If some beads or accessories etc were stitched to the article, the same should be intact.
- Customized or Specially Tailor-Made goods cannot be accepted.
- Returns on Clothing bought at full price and on sale that are returned within 10 days of the invoice date should be unused and in condition to be sold as new, This will ensure a full refund on the actual purchase price.
